Terms of service

Welcome to ATKINGS CATERING's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All bookings must be confirmed with a signed contract and a deposit.

2. Final guest count and dietary restrictions must be provided at least 10 days before the event.

3. Changes to the menu or event details must be communicated and approved at least 7 days before the event.

4. Payment in full is required 5 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Cancellation within 14 days of the event may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Customers are responsible for any damages to rental equipment provided by ATKINGS CATERING.

7. ATKINGS CATERING is not liable for food allergies not disclosed prior to the event.

8. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Clients will be notified in advance.
